Due to an extremely poor monitoring and control application for my $4,000.00 set of hearing aids, I decided to park them and purchase a simpler hearing aid set.
The Hearing Co. offered what I was looking for, a reasonably priced, rechargeable hearing device set. The set also included a convenient container that allows you to charge the hearing devices using an USB hook up or a 120 volt power adapter (not included). The container includes a battery that allows you to charge your hearing devices on the road when no power is available.
They fit comfortable and are hardly noticeable as seen on the picture included. The sound is good and acceptable for my severe hearing loss. The mode adjustments allows you to select the best hearing experience for the condition you are in, such as surrounding noise elimination, speech focus and quiet surroundings.
When I received the set, I found that the tube between the hearing device and the amplifier was a bit too short and requested a longer set of tubes. The Hearing Co. sent me a set at no charge, excellent service.
I am happy with the hearing aids from The Hearing Co. and can highly recommend them.
